I’m Jose, the brain and heart behind our garage door business. It all started back in 2012 when I decided to venture into entrepreneurship. I have been working in the industry, helping various companies with service repairs and installations. One day, I thought, “Why not take the leap and build something of my own?”
So, I took the plunge, you know? I started putting everything into my dream. Building a brand, making sure folks knew who we were out there in the market. I hit it hard from the start. I got myself some business cards and made sure every job was top-notch. That’s how Family Prestige Garage Doors came to life.
I’ve been in the United States for over 25 years and Alexandria has been my home ever since. Growing up, I always dreamed of owning a business, drawing inspiration from my father’s leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Today, Family Prestige Garage Doors is a family-based business, with some of my closest family members alongside me on this journey. Ever since I was a kid, I had this dream, you know? I wanted to be my boss and build something that would last for my family. School was important, sure, but life took me down a different path. I ended up learning a trade, which I knew would be the bedrock for my business someday.
Outside of work, I steal moments for myself and my kids whenever possible. I enjoy playing soccer, getting in a good run, or taking a dip in the pool. Family trips are also a highlight, especially back to my homeland or exploring new spots like Miami.
Fast forward 12 years, and here we are! Our mission at Family Prestige Garage Doors is simple yet significant: to provide the best services possible.
